Adult Program

• This program is designed for the B/C/D Level Player.

• The beginning of the session consists of power skating, puck control, passing and shooting drills while the final half of the session will be a game.

• Players will be divided into groups according to ability for the skills program as well as the game.

• Limited to 22 players. Only two lines so more playing time and there will be 2 goalies.

• Men and Women welcome
